"I had 2 construction injuries 11 years ago which herniated 2 discs in my lumbar spine. At the time went to Sister Kenney Rehabilitation Institute for two recovery programs, and my doctors had also recommended disc surgery but I refused. Thank you Dr. Floro, you have helped me with my Gluten Intolerance ( Wheat Allergy ). I was able to enjoy all the great pasta and bread on my recent trip to Italy! It would have been so sad merely watching my friends eat that fabulous food, instead I got to have the wonderful culinary pleasure that was half the fun of the trip. I thought I would never be able to eat bread or pasta again without abdominal pain, bloating, and intestinal issues. I have had none of those just a wonderful time.
